Job Description:

  • The Senior Manager, Procurement plays a critical role on the Supply Chain team, responsible for defining and driving procurement strategy across ingredients and raw materials to support both core business operations and innovation initiatives.
  • This role owns end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes—ensuring supply continuity, cost optimization, and alignment with company growth objectives.
  • This leader partners cross-functionally with R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Materials Planning, Finance, Sustainability, and Legal to shape sourcing strategies, assess tradeoffs, and deliver data-driven recommendations that inform key business decisions.
  • The Senior Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities across a dynamic supply environment.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience across supply chain, operations, or related fields, including 5+ years of direct procurement or strategic sourcing experience
  • Proven track record of owning and driving procurement or sourcing strategy in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and clear communication of tradeoffs and risks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies aligned to business growth and operational needs
  • Experience leading supplier negotiations and contract execution in partnership with Legal
  • Experience partnering with Quality/QA to implement supplier quality standards and resolve supplier performance issues
  • Strong organizational and operational discipline, with high attention to detail and structured documentation practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to operate with high ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity and strong ethical standards
  • ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite) preferred.
