**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
Troubleshooting issues and addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
Currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
Have reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
Possess a High School Diploma
