**Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering and collecting information from various sources, including employees, other departments, and clients, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our company's databases.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and correcting errors to optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases to ensure seamless data management.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in a secure and organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as assigned by management.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ years' experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
  • A good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.

**Preferred Qualifications**
