About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for delivering actionable intelligence to client security environments, driving informed decision-making and strategic action. You will serve as a vital link to arenaflex's extensive network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and information operations experts.

This is an on-site, client-facing position that requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact, actionable threat intelligence to client security and operational environments to drive strategic decision-making
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors using industry-leading methodologies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across various organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Create detailed intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Translate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagements, and other sources into clear, actionable insights
  • Support monitoring, detection, and response capabilities through strategic intelligence analysis
  • Mentor and guide new team members on CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with incident response teams to provide real-time threat context during security events
  • Develop and refine intelligence collection strategies based on emerging threats and client needs
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cyber Threat Intelligence role within a client-facing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in Digital Threat Intelligence (CTI) systems and applications across functional areas: Identify, Protect, Respond, and Recover
  • Strong experience in leadership and partnership management, including presenting to and advising diverse audiences
  • Current US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Data (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph
  • Proven ability to work effectively in quick-moving, dynamic environments
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of tactical (technical) CTI within operational environments, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities
  • Strong understanding of CTI methodologies and application concepts, with the ability to advise and guide new team members
  • Ability to correlate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagements, and various sources into comprehensive reports and briefings
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and develop strategies while influencing stakeholders
  • Outstanding collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments
  • Experience with threat intelligence platforms, SIEM systems, and security analytics tools
  • Knowledge of attacker methodologies, threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
