**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for processing incoming orders and returns, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, and identifying discrepancies in data received. You'll also be involved in organizing monthly sales reporting and performing other office tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**

  • Process incoming orders and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate
  • Review and enter data updates in our systems, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review discrepancies in data received, identifying and resolving any issues promptly
  • Organize monthly sales reporting, providing timely and accurate insights to inform business decisions
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping

**Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and speed
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, such as Google Suite or other productivity software
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not essential
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred, but not essential
