**Responsibilities:**

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats, with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Utilizing your home computer and phone to access our systems and provide support to clients
