Job Description:

Role summary

The Internal Communications & Engagement advisor is responsible for supporting a connected, informed, and engaged team member experience across the organization. This role partners with interested parties to plan and implement internal communications, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned to business priorities while fostering a strong culture through storytelling and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of internal communications and engagement plans
  • Draft and deliver clear, consistent messaging across internal channels
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business initiatives into clear, compelling internal messaging
  • Identify and elevate storytelling opportunities that reinforce culture, values, and transformation efforts
  • Help maintain alignment and consistency across all internal channels and touchpoints
  • Support planning and execution of internal events, including leadership meetings, town halls, and engagement moments
  • Collaborate with P&C, Brand Excellence, Operations, and other functions to enhance the overall team member experience
  • Track engagement metrics and find opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related field
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills
  • Experience managing communication calendars and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience planning and coordinating internal events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
