JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to Go-To-Market (Revenue and Marketing) leaders across our high-growth SaaS organization. You will drive organization wide people initiatives, strengthen leadership capability through targeted coaching, and ensure our people practices scale effectively with the business. You will lead complex employee relations work, support org design, and improve processes that elevate engagement, performance, and team productivity and performance.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner who excels at turning business needs into actionable talent strategies, provides confident guidance to managers at all levels, and brings a balanced approach to both day-to-day problem-solving and long-term organizational development.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities

Primary HR Business Partner and first point of contact for Go To Market Executives, Heads of Department, and Managers providing clear guidance and informed recommendations on all areas of HR

Lead on the creation of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan - aligned to Divisional business priorities. Drive adoption and progress on the established People Plan and track impact and results.

Act as a trusted advisor, coach and thought partner to C-Suite members, shaping and executing people initiatives that enable organizational performance and drive strategic business results.

Lead the delivery and continuous adoption of cyclical HR products into the Divisions —including performance management, goal setting, feedback, promotions, spot bonus, compensation etc. Share insights from the divisions you support to ensure our People products support strategic business needs.

Monitor, track and report on key Divisional workforce data and provide insights to Divisional Leadership Team to enable data driven decision making

Work with the GTM Divisional Leadership Team to drive division wide engagement action planning, reporting & communications, whilst also supporting Managers to understand their results and take action.

Champion the effective adoption of HR policies and practices across GTM Divisions, driving clarity, compliance, and alignment with broader organizational standards.

Coaching of people managers in GTM Divisions on tactical people issues such as probation review, performance issues, absence management, engagement and motivation, employee relations, conduct etc. to ensure their orgs are in the best people-position to drive established, desired business results.

Act as Senior Business Partner Representative on CoE new and existing initiatives and deliverables e.g EoY performance management process, merit and promotion process etc

Lead global HR projects or initiatives that have impacts across the whole company not only in GTM e.g setting up legal entities, having deep and expert level knowledge in one region or country, leading company wide DEI initiative

Coach and mentor junior members of the People Experience Team, sharing knowledge, training and upskilling as required.
